Dinamika: Jurnal Kajian Pendidikan dan Keislaman is committed to preserving all published articles and ensuring their long-term accessibility to readers, researchers, and the wider public. This policy describes the journal's procedures for storing and preserving published content, as well as the arrangements for authors who wish to deposit their work in other repositories.

All articles published in Dinamika: Jurnal Kajian Pendidikan dan Keislaman are stored electronically and supported by the following preservation and access mechanisms:

  • Journal Website. All published issues and articles, from the earliest volume to the latest issue, are accessible in full text through the journal's Archives page. The journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage its publishing workflow, while its server is maintained by LPPM Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah.

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). The journal's published content may be preserved through the PKP Preservation Network, a LOCKSS-based digital preservation system that maintains distributed copies of journal content. This mechanism helps safeguard published articles against website disruption or discontinuation of the journal. The journal must verify that the PKP PN plugin is enabled and functioning before claiming active participation in this preservation network.

  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref. This persistent identifier provides a stable reference to the article and helps readers locate the publication even if its website address changes.

  • Indexing and National Repositories. Article metadata and, where supported, full-text publications may be discoverable through academic indexing services and repository platforms, including Garuda, Google Scholar, Dimensions, Indonesia OneSearch, and WorldCat. The availability of journal content on each platform depends on its indexing and repository arrangements.

  • Internal Backups. The journal's server and publishing data should be backed up regularly to help restore articles, metadata, and relevant editorial records in the event of technical failures or data loss.

Through these measures, Dinamika: Jurnal Kajian Pendidikan dan Keislaman seeks to maintain the preservation, integrity, and continued accessibility of its scholarly publications for future academic use.
