Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Guidelines for writing a journal are as follows:

  1. The manuscript is written in English, typed using MS Word, Time New Roman font with front size 11. The length of the manuscript is between 7 and 12 pages of A4 size paper, single spaced with left and top margins. 3 cm, right and bottom 2.5 cm. The digest does not exceed 250 words, accompanied by 3-5 key words.
  2. The names of the authors without titles, names and addresses where the authors work are written completely and clearly.
  3. The writing system is as follows : a. Title, author's name, name of institution and address of institution. b. Digest accompanied by keywords c. Abstract accompanied by keywords d. Introduction e. Contents of the manuscript f. Conclusion g. Bibliography (reference) h. Attachments (if any)
  4. Tables and figures must be named and numbered (according to the order in the manuscript). The table name is placed above the table and the image name is placed below the image. Tables, pictures and other things that are less important or too long are placed in attachments.
  5. The bibliography is written using the Harvard system, in alphabetical order without serial numbers. If the library is in the form of: a. Book, bibliography as follows: Principal name and author's initials, year of publication, book title (written in Italic), edition, name of publisher, name of city of publisher. b. Journal, bibliography as follows: Principal name and author's initials, year of publication, manuscript title, journal name (written in italics), volume, number and first and last pages. c. Scientific meeting, literature written as follows: Principal name and initials, year of title (written in Italic), name and organizer of the meeting and place of meeting.
  6. If necessary, a thank you note should be written at the end of the manuscript, stating in full the name, title and institution of the recipient.
