Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged various business sectors to utilize digital systems to improve operational efficiency and service quality. However, many vehicle weighing service businesses still use manual recording methods in the vehicle weighing process. Manual recording systems often cause various problems such as data recording errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring operational activities. This community service activity aims to implement and provide assistance in the use of an Android-based vehicle weighing monitoring system for scale service business partners. The developed system is designed to assist operators in digitally recording vehicle weighing data, managing weighing transactions, and generating operational reports automatically. In addition to system implementation, this activity also includes assistance in system usage so that partners are able to operate and utilize the system independently. The activity implementation method uses a participatory approach by involving partners in each stage of the activity, including problem identification, system development, system usage training, system implementation, and operational assistance. The monitoring system was developed using mobile web-based application technology so that it can be accessed via Android devices. The results of the activity indicate that the implementation of the monitoring system can improve the efficiency of the vehicle weighing process, minimize data recording errors, and simplify the creation of operational reports.
