The development of information technology has driven the need for digital information media capable of supporting transparency and public services at the village level. Sumberejo Village, Semin Subdistrict, Gunungkidul Regency, does not yet have an official digital-based information media, resulting in suboptimal information delivery to the public. This community service activity aims to develop a participatory-based village website as a medium for information services and public transparency. The implementation method is carried out through the stages of situation analysis, needs identification, system planning and implementation, and handover and assistance for website management. A participatory approach was applied by directly involving village officials in the system development process so that the website is in line with local needs and easy to manage independently. The results of the activity showed that the website was successfully developed with five main features: homepage, village profile, public services, news, and local potential and products. The website was able to increase the effectiveness of information delivery, facilitate public access to village services and information, and support public transparency. In addition, village officials were also able to manage website content independently after the mentoring process was completed. Thus, the development of a participatory website is an effective solution in supporting the digitalization of public services and communication in Sumberejo Village.
