MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA ISLAMI BERDASARKAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA

Islamic values-based human resource management is a series of processes that include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the workforce, whose implementation is always based on the principles of Islamic teachings. On the other hand, the Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator in assessing the quality of life of the community through three main dimensions, namely education, health, and decent living standards. This study aims to analyze the contribution of human resource management based on Islamic values to the improvement of HDI. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach as the main data source. The results showed that the application of Islamic principles in human resource management, such as recruitment that considers aspects of morality, training that includes spiritual and professional development, and a fair and ukhrawi-oriented reward system, has a positive impact on improving the quality of education and community welfare, which indirectly supports the increase in HDI in a region.
