This community service program was carried out in Majapura Village with three main activities: the utilization of household yards, the development of a simple drip irrigation system, and the application of biofloc technology integrated with hydroponics for catfish farming. The program aimed to strengthen household food security, improve water use efficiency, and optimize limited land resources through appropriate technology. The results showed that 30 household yards were successfully transformed into productive spaces, 15 drip irrigation units were installed to support efficient watering, and 16 biofloc ponds were developed, functioning both for catfish cultivation and as a nutrient source for hydroponic plants. The success of this program was supported by active participation from village officials, PKK women’s groups, and local youth. Challenges encountered included limited production facilities, relatively high installation costs, and the community’s lack of technical knowledge. Therefore, continuous mentoring is needed to ensure program sustainability. Overall, this program contributed positively to improving household food independence, promoting efficient water management, and introducing environmentally friendly practices for sustainable community development.
