Manuscript structure

Use the following sequence: title; author names and affiliations; corresponding email; English abstract; Indonesian abstract; introduction; implementation methods; results and discussion; conclusion; acknowledgments; and references. Include the declarations described below.

Introduction

Present a situation analysis based on the partner's actual conditions. Identify the priority problem, explain why it matters, and justify the proposed solution using relevant literature. State the objectives and expected benefits of the community service activity.

Implementation methods

Describe the location, timing, partner characteristics, participant selection, activity stages, materials or tools, the roles of the implementing team and partners, and the evaluation approach. Define the success indicators and explain how they were measured. Describe consent and ethical safeguards appropriate to participants and the information collected.

Results and discussion

Report what was implemented and the evidence obtained for each objective or indicator. Distinguish activities and immediate outputs from changes in knowledge, skills, behaviour, business practices, or economic conditions. Where pre- and post-activity measurements are used, explain the instruments, participant numbers, and calculation method.

Discuss the findings in relation to the partner's needs and relevant prior work. Explain barriers, adaptations, limitations, and follow-up arrangements. Avoid claiming causal effects or lasting economic improvement when the design and follow-up period do not support them.

Conclusion and declarations

Answer the activity objectives using the reported findings and state the implications for the partner or programme continuation. Acknowledge funders and contributors appropriately. Include statements on author contributions, funding and the funder's role, competing interests, participant consent or ethics approval where applicable, and data availability or access restrictions.

Figures, photographs, and references

Number and caption tables and figures and refer to them in the text. Photographs must be relevant and accompanied by necessary permission to publish identifiable persons. Remove confidential financial records and personal identifiers unless publication is specifically authorized.

Use APA author–date citations and a consistent APA reference list following the journal template. Cite sources accurately, include DOI or stable URLs where available, and ensure every listed reference is cited. Mendeley, Zotero, or another reference manager may assist preparation; authors remain responsible for accuracy.
