Electronic Filing

JUMAT PENDIDIKAN implements an electronic manuscript submission process to support orderly, transparent, and well-documented editorial management. Authors must submit their manuscripts through the electronic journal management system designated by the journal.

During submission, authors are required to:

  1. Prepare the manuscript in accordance with the journal's template and author guidelines.

  2. Provide the names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details of all authors.

  3. Include the abstract, keywords, and other required manuscript components in accordance with the journal's requirements.

  4. Ensure that the manuscript is original, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and has been approved by all authors.

  5. Provide any required supporting documents, including ethical declarations, conflict-of-interest statements, or relevant permissions, where applicable.

Each submission undergoes an initial administrative screening and an assessment of its suitability for the journal's focus and scope before further processing. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may proceed to peer review in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.

The journal is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of documents and information obtained during submission and peer review. Electronic records associated with each manuscript must be managed systematically to support editorial traceability and preserve the integrity of the publication archive.

Information regarding the submission platform, file formats, and archiving system will be provided on the journal's official website in accordance with the facilities actually available and used by the journal.
