JOURNAL TEMPLATE
Electronic Archiving
Journal Jumat Keagamaan is committed to ensuring the continued access, integrity, authenticity, and availability of published scholarly articles through the systematic management of an electronic archive. Archiving is conducted to guarantee that articles remain discoverable and accessible in the long term, even in the event of technical disruptions or changes to the publishing system.
The journal’s electronic archiving policy includes:
Digital storage: Published articles are stored in digital formats suitable for long-term access and preservation—such as PDF—along with their relevant bibliographic metadata.
Data backup: The journal management performs regular backups of article files, metadata, and publishing data to mitigate the risk of loss due to system failures or technical disruptions.
Archive maintenance: The journal management strives to maintain file integrity, document readability, metadata consistency, and the linkage between an article and any subsequent corrections or retraction notices.
Continuous access: The journal ensures that published articles remain accessible via the official journal website or designated archival repositories, in accordance with applicable access and copyright policies.
Publication identification: The journal utilizes persistent digital identifiers—such as a DOI, where available—to facilitate the identification, retrieval, and linking of articles to their respective publication metadata.
