IMPLEMENTASI PEMBIAYAAN UMKM TERHADAP MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA MASA PANDEMI : KAJIAN LITERATUR

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine MSME financing for risk management during a pandemic.  The method used in this study is the Literary Method.  MSME financing provides concessions to customers in making financing insurance loans.  With the aim to help customers experience problems in installment loans. In this study, MSMB financing customers have problems due to force majeure or natural disasters due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  This pandemic has greatly affected the economic sector, MSMB are the most affected because people's activities are limited to leaving the house, which has resulted in the income of MSME entrepreneurs decreasing drastically. The implementation of MSMB financing affected by covid-19 and the risk management of carried out by MSMBis quite good, the process is fast, only waiting for ± 3 days, the submission process is easy and the policy is very helpful for MSMB customers who are affected by Covid-19.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pembiayaan UMKM terhadap manajemen risiko pada masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Literatur. Pembiayaan UMKM memberikan kelonggaran kepada nasabah dalam melakukan kedit ansuransi pembiayaan. Dengan tujuannya untuk membantu nasabah mengalamii masalah dalam kredit angsuransi. Pada kajian ini melakukan mengenai nasabah pembiayaan UMKM bermasalaha kibat forcema jeure atau bencana alam karena Pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi ini sangat mempengaruh isektor ekonomi, UMKM menjadi yang paling terdampak karena aktivitas masyarakat yang dibatasi untuk keluar rumah, yang mengakibatkan pendapatan pengusaha UMKM menurun drastis. Implementasi pembiayaan UMKM terdampak Covid-19 dan manajemen resiko yang dilakukan oleh UMKM sudah cukup baik, proses pengerjaan cepat hanya menunggu ±3 hari, proses pengajuan mudah dan kebijakan tersebut sangat membantu nasabah UMKM yang terdampak covid-19.
