Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Total Quality Management through mentoring to improve the quality and effective marketing models of SME products on consumer loyalty so that they can be competitive in the market share by increasing product competitiveness in marketing processed SME products by implementing effective product marketing strategies at Legend Horse, Jombang Regency, East Java. This study used a survey. This type of research is qualitative phenomenology. The population is all consumers who visited and ordered t-shirts at Legend Horse, Jombang Regency, East Java, from June 2020 to February 2021. It is hoped that consumers and visitors who have purchased and ordered SME products will love domestic products more to improve the regional economy, especially in Jombang Regency, East Java.
