Marriage is an inner and outer bond to live together based on an agreement that binds a man and a woman which is recognized and protected by religious and state law to create a quality and healthy family. However, BKKBN data states that the divorce rate in 2021 increased drastically by 581,000 cases. This is thought to be because a sane couple meets a toxic partner, where the main element in creating a happy marriage is determining the right partner, therefore a software design was created to be able to get to know each other through several assessment criteria that will appear in the software. The software was created using the PHP programming language which displays important questions in character recognition where the results of filling in these questions can be recorded permanently before being shared in two directions with couples who want to continue their relationship to a more serious level. The recorded results cannot be changed but can be commented on by both parties so that they can plan for the future based on differences or even similarities in opinions found. The aim of this application is not to discuss the past but to organize the future as early as possible. It is hoped that this software can reduce the divorce rate, using partner recognition detection as early as possible.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the use of CSCW and groupware technology to prepare work readiness for management students at University KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah. The sample used in this research was 10 respondents, using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, triangulation. Based on research conducted, there was an understanding of management students at University KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah regarding the use of CSWC and Groupware Technology, namely that students can interact with each other to express opinions in unlimited time and distance, the effectiveness of CSWC and Groupware Technology in increasing the work readiness of management students at University KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah, the use of CSCW and groupware technology can help students develop the collaborative skills needed to face an all-digital work environment and students' future career readiness, the positive and negative impacts of using CSWC and Groupware Technology in increasing work readiness in university management students at University KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah's positive impact is that it can help students increase their knowledge and soft skills about technology in the current era, while the negative impact is that there is often miscommunication when delivering material, obstacles and challenges in using CSWC and Groupware Technology in increasing work readiness among management students at University KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah, one of the obstacles to using CSCW and groupware is that not all individuals have the same understanding of how to use the tools efficiently, so intensive training efforts are needed so that users can make maximum use of the technology.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out internal and external factors in determining profitability in the banking subsector in 2018-2022. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using financial analysis techniques in the form of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR and inflation calculations. The sample in this research consisted of 4 banks that met the specified criteria. The results of this research. In general, the internal factors that play a role in determining profitability in this research are CAR, NPL, BOPO, and LDR. Where the CAR obtained by 3 banks out of the 4 banks studied showed a healthy condition. Then for NPL from 4 banks, it shows that all banks have a percentage of non-performing loans ≤ 2%, meaning that all these banks are very healthy regarding the risk of non-performing loans. For BOPO, all banks have a percentage level of Operating Costs and Operating Income of >97%, which means that all these banks are said to be unhealthy. Meanwhile, for the LDR, it was found that the conditions of these 4 banks generally experienced ups and downs, but predominantly showed fairly healthy and unhealthy conditions. Apart from internal factors, there are external factors that play a role in determining profitability, namely inflation. Where inflation from 4 banks generally experiences conditions that are sometimes healthy but also sometimes unhealthy.

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic microfinance institutions in strengthening the economy of micro, small and medium-sized communities in Jombang Regency through KSPPS BMT Peta Jombang Branch. This research method uses a qualitative approach, qualitative approach qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation and seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in a particular situation according to the researcher's own perspective (Sa'adah, 2022). The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data used in this study were collected through a list of questions to the sources, namely the KSPPS BMT Peta and the Tambak Rejo community who obtained loans and micro-scale business financing at BMT Peta. Secondary data obtained by reading literature such as literature books, internet websites, journals related to the subject of research. The object of research is the party of the Branch Head of KSPPS BMT Peta Jombang and 5 customers as informants. The results of this study indicate that KSPPS BMT Peta plays a positive role in strengthening the economy of micro, small and medium enterprises in the form of raising funds, channeling funds (financing), and business development assistance.

In Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, there are 2 religious tourist attractions that are very frequently visited. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the factors that influence income in the religious tourism sector in Paciran District. This research will be carried out starting October 31 2023. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show factors that can increase income for managing religious tourist attractions, including, firstly, the number of tourists or visitors. From the results of studies at 2 religious tourist attractions, the number of visitors is quite large, with a graph that ebbs and flows when looking at a normal day. or on holidays. This study aims to determine the factors that are predicted to affect the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. These factors include profitability, company size and audit opinion. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through documentation. The data used in the study in the form of timeliness of financial reports obtained from the annual report of Bank Indonesia companies. The results of the study can be explained that the profitability value calculated by ROA results in that for 3 consecutive years Bank Indonesia can be declared quite healthy. The size of the company owned by Bank Indonesia from 2020-20222 has increased every year, which means that the size value of Bank Indonesia exceeds the company size criteria, so that Bank Indonesia can be declared a large company. And based on existing data on Bank Indonesia's financial statements in 2020-2022, it is fairly presented in accordance with Bank Indonesia's financial accounting policies and is included in the unqualified type.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how students' financial management practises are influenced by their lifestyle, parental income, and financial literacy. Everybody can benefit from practising sound financial management habits. Extremely low financial literacy has an impact on lifestyle, influencing how much a person wants to spend according to their income. This study use interviews as a method of data collecting for its qualitative research design. Thirty kids from Al Lathifiyyah Islamic Boarding School 2 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang served as the sample. The act of methodically looking through and gathering information from field notes, interviews, and other sources is the analytical approach that is employed in order to make the data easily comprehensible and provide others with useful information. The research results show that financial literacy, lifestyle and parental income indicate that the majority of students have practiced good financial management behavior, such as managing finances so that they have enough for one month, paying bills on time, and comparing prices when buying products. This can be taken into consideration for developing a financial literacy program at the Al Lathifiyyah 2 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Islamic Boarding School, Jombang.

In Jombang Regency, there are many sellers and breeders/cultivators of Lobster. In the process of breeding lobsters, usually lobster farmers will experience several problems, one of which is the emergence of disease in lobsters cultivated by lobster farmers. Prevention is a very effective step to minimize the risk of disease in farmed lobsters. If the Lobster is already affected by the disease, the costs incurred for Lobster cultivation will increase due to the additional cost of Lobster treatment. Lobster farmers need to know about lobster diseases and how to treat them if the cultivated lobsters are affected by diseases or pests. One of the efforts that can be done by Lobster breeders is by visiting Lobster disease experts (experts) which is not possible to do continuously because it requires a lot of time, energy and costs. From these problems, the author will create a website-based Lobster disease diagnosis expert system using the certainty factor method. With this application, it is hoped that it can help Lobster breeders in dealing with diseases in Lobsters that are kept, without having to visit an expert. In the author's research, accuracy testing was carried out based on 10 diagnostic samples, and calculated using k-fold cross validation, resulting in a system accuracy of 90%. This model is expected to improve students' ability to speak Arabic through learning that is collaborative and integrated with the context of everyday life. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, student knowledge in carrying out KKN, implementation of the KKN reporting system and sanctions for violations on student compliance in carrying out KKN reports moderated by understanding Unisla KKN regulations and the quality of field supervisors with a case study of Unisla KKN students in 2022. Type This research uses quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires. Respondents in this research have carried out the Lamongan Islamic University KKN in 2022. The sample determination method uses a calculation method using the Slovin formula. The sample processed was 298 questionnaires using the Smart PLS program version 3.2.9. Based on the research results, it is stated that the influence of service quality and sanctions for violations does not have a significant effect on student compliance in reporting. Student knowledge in implementing KKN and implementing the reporting system has a positive and significant effect on student compliance in reporting. Understanding the regulations and quality of DPL has a positive and significant effect on student compliance in reporting. Understanding regulations and the quality of DPL is able to mediate between the independent variable and the dependent variable.

Roncean Melati Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jombang are an example of an organization that has faced significant transformation in recent years. As producers and distributors of agricultural products, MSME Roncean Melati must adapt to rapid changes in technology, policies and market dynamics. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of training provided to MSME Roncean Melati employees on their individual readiness in facing change. This research revealed that employee training in the picking and bluffing department was carried out directly by the owner, ensuring the necessary understanding and skills. This research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation techniques. UMKM Roncean Melati was founded in 2009 by Mr. Rendy Nur Deva M.M. and Mrs. Dewi, an economics lecturer. The interview results showed that training had a positive impact on individual employee readiness. Employees in the picking and merging department have undergone training that helps them understand the technique of picking jasmine flowers properly and pulverizing according to consumer demand. Employees confirmed that this training had increased their readiness to carry out their duties efficiently. Individual readiness to change is the key to improving employee performance at MSME Roncean Melati. Employees who initially do not have specific skills can be successful after undergoing training. This effective training program implemented by MSMEs not only prepares employees to face change, but also increases productivity and efficiency in various departments.

Numeracy Ability of Students at SDN 3 Kebonagung Sawahan District Nganjuk through 3D Learning Media based on Discovery Learning

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether using 3D learning materials based on discovery learning has improved the numeracy abilities of students at SDN 03 Kebonagung, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency. Students must possess numeracy skills in order to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century, particularly those related to digital change. Methods of quantitative description are used in this study. Using a purposive sample approach, class IV students and teachers at SDN 03 Kebonagung served as the research subjects. Questionnaires, documentation, and interview tools are used in the data collection process. Quantitative descriptive data analysis was employed for the data analysis in this study. The findings of the study demonstrated that the use of 3D learning materials based on discovery learning has been shown to improve class IV students' reading, writing, speaking, and numeracy skills at SDN 03 Kebonagung. In the Medium category, the average percentage of numeracy ability attained was 75%. The first and second stages of AKM implementation have an N-gain score of 0.56, placing them in the Medium category. It is believed that this study would help students become proficient in the interpretation of problems involving multiplication and division operations, ratios and scales, and whole numbers.

This can be seen on the TikTok account @Mithochiba in an effort to utilize digital marketing by creating video content with affiliates regarding interest in buying Mithochiba chopper products at the TikTok shop. This research was conducted to determine whether there was an influence of TikTok affiliate viral marketing and price on interest in buying Mitochiba choppers. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is included in the infinite population, namely followers who have seen affiliate content on the @Mithochiba account and decided they are interested in buying Mithochiba chopper products. The sample size in the study was 100 respondents with associativity using the purposive technique using PLS - SEM with the help of the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that the viral marketing variable significantly influences buying interest and the price variable significantly influences purchase intention in Mithochiba choppers at the TikTok shop.

Live streaming is a form of marketing that is growing rapidly on social media platforms, especially in the TikTok application. Currently, Tiktok Live is one of the best promotional ways for TikTok sellers to sell their products. The various advantages of Tiktok Live are felt by sellers considering that live store broadcasts can be visited by hundreds of thousands of viewers every day, sales increase up to three times and bring in new followers. The fashion business is one thing that has an impact on everyday life because fashion is a necessity, as has been done by Oclo Official, namely conducting live streaming on TikTok to market its products. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and sales promotions on users' repurchase interest in Oclo live streaming on the TikTok application. This study uses a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, and 100 respondents were taken from live streaming viewers on the official TikTok Oclo. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, multiple linear analysis tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t test and f test), and R determination. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variables Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Sales Promotion (X3) and the dependent variable Repurchase Intention (Y).

Employing a quantitative research approach, the study surveyed 100 respondents using questionnaires distributed through purposive sampling. Data collection involved systematic questionnaire dissemination and retrieval. Analysis was conducted utilizing multiple linear regression techniques.The empirical findings reveal compelling insights: both content marketing and brand awareness exert a significant and positive influence on purchase interest. This underscores the pivotal roles of content marketing strategies and brand familiarity in shaping consumer behaviors within the TikTok ecosystem. This study aims to determine how important the application and strategy of green human resources management. The object used is the hospitality industry, namely the Fatma Jombang hotel. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Stages of data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity test in qualitative research includes credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests. The results of the interview showed that the application of green human resources management applied at the Fatma Hotel includes the recruitment of new employees and employee discipline in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment around the hotel. The purpose of hiring new employees is to improve the quality of human resources in the company. The application of green human resources management at Fatma Hotel has a very important role because it can increase work productivity and it is felt that activities are more comfortable and employees are more disciplined in carrying out their work. To maintain the cleanliness of the hotel environment, employees also always warn visitors to make waste in places that have been provided by the hotel, namely organic and non-organic waste bins. For cleanliness in the hotel is very concerned because the cleanliness is very ensure the comfort of visitors while staying. One of the strategies for implementing green human resources management at Fatma Hotel is by holding training. This training is in the form of training by training patience in serving customers, fostering empathy and honing good communication skills. In the cash turnover of the cement sub-sector shows a fairly good average result, because the increased cash turnover will have a positive impact on the company's working capital turnover. Inventory turnover in the cement sub-sector shows very good results because the higher the inventory turnover rate, the greater the level of profit (profitability) obtained by the company.

Revisiting Interest Tourists : Destination Image And Customer Experience

The study was conducted during a tour, specifically focusing on Ghanjaran Park Tourism located in
Sukorame Village, Ketapanrame Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto. Its aim was to assess the impact of
destination image and customer experience on the intention of visitors to revisit Taman Ghanjaran. The
research methodology employed a mixed approach, combining both quantitative methods. The target
population comprised tourists who had previously visited Ghanjaran Park at least once. Purposive
sampling was utilized based on the Lameshow formula, resulting in a total sample size of 100 individuals.
Data collection involved the use of a questionnaire that underwent validity and reliability testing. Smart
PLS 4 multiple regression analysis was employed as the data analysis technique. The findings revealed
that both destination image and customer experience individually had a partial influence on the intention
to revisit. Moreover, collectively, these variables significantly impacted the intention to return to
Ghanjaran Park. The coefficient of determination analysis yielded a value of 0.447, indicating that 44.7%
of the intention to revisit Ghanjaran Park was explained by the destination image and customer
experience. The remaining percentage was potentially influenced by other variables not examined within
this particular study.

Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and good corporate
governance on firm value. This study focuses on banking companies that are publicly traded on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021. The dataset consists of financial statement data from
a total of 72 organizations. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique based on
predetermined criteria and then analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The findings of this
study indicate that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on firm value, but good
corporate governance does not have a significant effect on firm value. The implication of this research is
that banking companies are expected to increase their commitment to corporate social responsibility
programs as a way to increase the trust and perception of investors, the government and the surrounding
community who are stakeholders. Companies also need to evaluate the strategy of using good corporate
governance, because although good corporate governance remains important for managing risk and
corporate sustainability, companies need to consider how corporate social responsibility elements can be
integrated into their good corporate governance framework in order to achieve better results.

The Correlation Between Processing Skills and Learning Outcomes Based on Implementation Discovery Learning

This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the relationship between process skills and student learning outcomes in the Discovery Learning learning model for class XI biology material. This research is a type of quantitative research with the One Shot Case Study method. The subjects in this study were all students of class XI, totaling 14 students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The assessment instrument uses a questionnaire and multiple choice questions. While the data analysis with correlation test using SPSS. The average value of cognitive learning outcomes obtained through the application of discovery learning models assisted by LKS Media is 73.5714, which means that the average value obtained by students is in the good category. And the average value of the results of the student's process skills by applying the discovery learning model through YouTube media in the form of a practicum to make respiratory system props resulted in an average number of 83.3571 with a sample of 14 students of class XI MIA. The average value of learning outcomes on skills learning outcomes is 73.5714 < 82.3571, so it can be interpreted descriptively that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes with process skills. Based on the results of the calculation of the Normality, Homogeneity and Correlation test, it shows that there is a relationship between cognitive learning outcomes and the biological process skills of students in class XI MIA MA Nizhamiyah Ploso.

The Effectiveness of Activated Carbon as an Adsorbent in Reducing Acid and Peroxide Levels in the Refining of Rice Bran Oil (Oryza sativa L.)

Rice bran is one of the by-products of the rice milling process that has the potential to be utilized because
it contains 10-13% bran oil. Rice bran oil can be used as raw material for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics,
and food oils. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of activated carbon concentration and
blanching process time on the quality of rice bran oil and it is hoped that bran oil will meet quality
standards by looking at 3 parameters, namely acid number, peroxide number, and color inspection. The
purification process is carried out in 4 stages, namely the extraction, distillation, degumming, and
bleaching processes. The dependent variable in this study was the concentration of activated charcoal
carbon and the bleaching time where the concentrations used 5%, 6%, 7% of the weight of the oil and the
bleaching time was 15 minutes, 25 minutes, 35 minutes. The independent variables are the value of the
acid number and the peroxide number which will be compared before and after purification. The best
research results on acid number using 7% activated charcoal carbon concentration and a bleaching time
of 35 minutes the value is 0,36 mg NaOH/g with a percentage decrease of 61%. The best results on the
peroxide number using activated charcoal carbon concentration of 7% and bleaching time of 25 minutes
the value is 6,7 mek O 2 /Kg with a percentage decrease of 77%. The results of the analysis, activated
charcoal can be used as an adsorbent in the bran oil purification process because it provides a
significant value before and after purification.

Designing Worksheets for Circle Material to Improve Students’ Numeracy Skills

Numeracy is the ability to use numbers, data, and mathematical symbols, as well as knowledge and skills in making decisions related to real-life problems. In the current learning era, students are challenged to enhance their numeracy skills. Therefore, instructional materials that can accommodate this need are essential. Hence, the purpose of this research is to develop student worksheets on the circle to improve the numeracy skills of eleventh-grader students in a public school in Yogyakarta. This study employs a research and development approach using the ADDIE model (Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating). Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, questionnaires, numeracy skills tests, expert material validation questionnaires, and expert media validation questionnaires. The sources of data in this study are eleventh-grader students in a public school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, two material expert validators, and two media expert validators. The curriculum, learning model, learning resources, and student characteristics become the objects of this research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) students’ numeracy skills are in the medium category, necessitating an analysis of the need for students worksheets to improve these skills; (2) the researched developed student worksheets containing covers, introductions, learning achievement, learning objectives, content, bibliography, and authors identity; (3) the media design results were then validated by material and media experts, indicating that all experts stated that the media is in the good category, making it valid for use. This research will proceed to the implementation and evaluation stages.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for mathematical comics to improve students'
numeracy literacy on coordinate cartesian material. The sampling technique used by researchers
in this study is a purposive technique which is a sampling technique with certain considerations.
The data collection instrument used in this study was using a preliminary study questionnaire. The
preliminary study questionnaire used aims to determine students' needs for mathematics comics
and determine the level of student numeracy literacy. Based on the results of the research above, it
is known that there are still many students who do not like mathematics and have difficulty in
understanding the mathematical material provided. The learning media used also cannot make
students like mathematics. On the other hand, students are very interested in the idea of using math
comics in mathematics learning. Moreover, researchers assess that students' numeracy literacy
skills still need to be improved. Therefore, mathematics comics to improve students' numeracy
literacy skills are needed.

Library Transformation Based on Social Inclusion in Argosari Village Yogyakarta

Library is one of the information centers that plays a crucial role in supporting community development.
The transformation of libraries has become an urgent need, especially in rural areas, to address the
challenges of social inclusion. This research aims to explore and implement a library transformation
based on social inclusion in Argosari Village, Sedayu, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The
research method employed is participatory action research involving active participation from the local
community. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research
findings indicate a real need to transform the library into a center for social inclusion capable of serving
the diverse needs of various community groups. Through a series of participatory activities, the library in
Argosari Village successfully transformed into a welcoming and inclusive space for all layers of society.
The implementation of library transformation includes providing easily accessible information resources,
training and skill development for the community, and efforts to build partnerships with institutions and
other communities. With these changes, the library is not cultural activities that strengthen community
involvement in the learning and growth process. This research contributes to our understanding of the role
of libraries in creating social inclusion at the village level. It is hoped that the results of this research can
serve as inspiration and guidance for the development of libraries in various other villages, supporting
government efforts to enhance access and community participation in the realms of literacy and
knowledge.

Dampak Pelatihan dan Kesiapan Individu untuk Berubah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan di UMKM Roncean Melati Jombang

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Roncean Melati di Jombang merupakan contoh organisasi yang menghadapi transformasi signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Sebagai produsen dan distributor produk pertanian, UMKM Roncean Melati harus beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi, kebijakan, dan dinamika pasar yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dampak pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan UMKM Roncean Melati terhadap kesiapan individu mereka dalam menghadapi perubahan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan karyawan di bagian memetik dan meronce dilakukan secara langsung oleh pemilik, memastikan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang diperlukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. UMKM Roncean Melati didirikan pada tahun 2009 oleh Bapak Rendy Nur Deva M.M. dan Bu Dewi, seorang dosen ekonomi. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan individu karyawan. Karyawan bagian memetik dan meronce telah mengalami pelatihan yang membantu mereka memahami teknik memetik bunga melati dengan baik dan meronce sesuai permintaan konsumen. Karyawan menegaskan bahwa pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan kesiapan mereka untuk menjalankan tugas dengan efisien. Kesiapan individu untuk berubah menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di UMKM Roncean Melati. Karyawan yang awalnya tidak memiliki keterampilan spesifik dapat berhasil setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Program pelatihan efektif yang diterapkan oleh UMKM ini tidak hanya mempersiapkan karyawan menghadapi perubahan, tetapi juga meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi di berbagai bagian.
