Age 4-6 years is a stage of age in an early age range (so-called pre-school age) in which the child is being prepared to enter a formal learning process. Expected in this age range, children have a more focused attitude of learning, not just playing, but began to recognize the learning process behind the game. The result of this research is that Game can be a tool in practicing arithmetic as well as with this game, children who follow numeracy lessons can practice counting by using existing computer facilities. Interest is a strong impetus for a person to do something he wants. Talent itself is an existing ability or innate or the ability that can be trained to master the things that interest. The potential of the child should be stimulated in advance so that it can be seen as a skill, knowledge and skillfulness that becomes the provision of his life. One way to recognize the child's talents and interests requires a test to understand the temperament and personality of the child, to understand multiple intelligences and to recognize the direction of the child's interest. The test is applied to an expert system using the Forward Chaining method to help determine the type of intelligence in the child. Each type of child intelligence has several potential talents and special interests of the child. The expert system is implemented in a Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The results of this study in obtaining an alternative decision to recognize the type of intelligence of children who show potential talents and interests of children. This disease be able causing loss of maize harvest up to 40-70%. The cause of the </span><span class="fontstyle0">leaf blight disease </span><span class="fontstyle0">is&nbsp;</span><span class="fontstyle2">Helminthosporium turcicum </span><span class="fontstyle0">fungi. Biological control with endophytic fungi potentially used to control the pathogens as well as increase the resistance of plant induction to disease. Research was conducted in PT Bisi Inernational area, Tbk Farm Ngantang Malang Regency, Laboratory of Mycology Department of Plant Pest and Disease, Faculty of Agriculture Brawijaya University and Bioscience Laboratory Brawijaya University on December 2016 until July 2017. The exploration result of endophytic fungi of three varieties of maize were obtained 30 isolates, consisting of 14 non-pathogenic isolates and 16 pathogenic isolates. Based on the power inhibition percentage to the highest growth of </span><span class="fontstyle2">H. turcicum </span><span class="fontstyle0">is a fungi with NuII2, NuII4, PuIII3, DuIII3, NuII3 and PuIII1 isolates code. The most prevalent inhibition mechanism is pathogens and endophytic fungi competition. The microbes which were used in general such as fungi, bacteria or yeast. Aerobic yeasts is one of the microbes needs oxygen to work. Yeast was obtained by the exploration of the rice straw, maize straw and cane straw in Dau, Malang, East of Java. By the result of the microscopic exploration and observation through the microscope, it was obtained 9 yeast isolates and 3 fungi isolates. 2 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the rice straw, 2 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the maize straw, and 5 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the cane straw.
